3D Algorithm Engineer
Job description and responsibilities:
- Researching and developing new algorithms that enable high-quality production, compression, transmission and visualization of 3D models.
- Responsibilities include improving geometric simplification of large data sets, texture parameterization and data compression techniques.
- Responsibility for a complete development cycle: from the early stages of problem analysis and target definitions, through the research stages, algorithm design, implementation, and productization.
- Participate in strategic discussions around data capture and system design: sensor types and specifications, geometric layout of hardware, anticipating future applications, etc.
Job Requirements:
- To succeed within this role, you should have strong expertise and experience within the following areas:

Power Amplifier Design Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Design and development of Power Amplifiers (PAs) and front-end modules (FEMs) used in portable applications.
- FEM designs involve the integration of a broad suite of RF technologies including, GaAs HBT PAs, GaAs pHEMT PAs and switches, RF filters.
- Design involve literature review, patent review, CAD simulation, etc.
- Development involve technology development, design optimization, etc.
- The design of PAs, switches and DC bias control circuitry at the GaAs IC level will be required, as well as module level design and integration.
- The production of PAs such as wafer fabrication, packaging, etc. will be required, as well as product testing, failure analysis, etc.
- Additional duties and projects as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- MSc(Eng)/MPhil/PhD in Physics, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or equivalent education in RF & Microwave training.

Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor Design Engineer

- Design and development of power semiconductor products in insulated-gate bipolar transistors (IGBTs).
- Design involve literature review, patent review, TCAD simulation, etc.
- Development involve technology development, design optimization, etc.
- The production of IGBTs such as wafer fabrication, packaging, etc. will be required, as well as product testing, failure analysis, etc.

Minimum Qualifications:
- MSc(Eng)/MPhil/PhD in Physics, Microelectronics/Electronic/Materials Engineering, or related discipline.

Device Design Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Device design to meet VCSEL performance requirements.
- Design and analysis of RF design for high speed VCSEL and photodiode interfaces
- VCSEL process development and control – lithography, wet etching, plasma etching, metal & dielectric deposition systems, implantation and oxidation.
- Manage design projects to establish specifications of VCSEL products.
- Collaborate with the Epi and Fab Development teams to ensure manufacturing robustness.
- Collaborate with transceiver and IC design engineers to create optical and electrical models of VCSELs and detectors
- Support VCSEL manufacturing with data analysis to troubleshoot problems and ensure manufacturability.

- MPhil/PhD in Physics, Materials Science, Electronic Engineering, or equivalent in another technical field.

Embedded Software Engineer
Responsibilities
- Design and implement software of embedded devices and systems from requirements to production and commercial deployment
- Design, develop, code, test and debug system software
- Review code and design
- Analyze and enhance efficiency, stability and scalability of system resources
- Integrate and validate new product designs
- Support software QA and optimize I/O performance
- Provide post production support
- Interface with hardware design and development
- Assess third party and open source software
- Responsible for technical writing related to product development.

Minimum Qualifications:
- BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- Fast-learner, initiative, meticulous, well planning.
- Adequate knowledge of reading schematics and data sheets for components
- Strong documentation, communication and writing skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven working experience in software engineering.
- Familiar and skilled with Linux development, knowledgeable in product quality standards.
- Proficient in I2C, SPI, UART, USB and other interface protocols;
- 1+ year of experience in project development with embedded Linux;
- Familiarity with ARM architecture, familiar with QT system and uboot, kernel, filesystem, etc.;
- Solid programming experience in C or C++.
