Sales Manager

Job Description:

  • Work with the sales teams to develop and implement sales strategies in order to achieve the sales target of each product lines.
  • Demonstrate the understanding of and the ability to create customer / market needs of different product lines. Able to generate new prospects and manage qualified leads.
  • Conduct marketing research to validate market needs for each products.
  • Initiate the product sales & marketing strategies and identify positioning to acquire market share.
  • Able to prepare the precise new product highlights for inspiring customers, then following with developing the in-depth product presentation.
  • Provide new product training and marketing support to the Sales teams in each region.
  • Keep abreast of the industry trends, competition and best practices.
  • Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends / constantly review the marketplace for new opportunities.
  • Ensure and maintain a good relationship with customers and to get up-to-date development of the customers’ business strategies.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Electrical Engineering / Electronics / Business management or other relevant discipline.

Foundry Manager

Job Description:

  • Report directly to the CEO.
  • Lead all wafer production operations.
  • Oversee optoelectronic semiconductor fabrication environments in all manufacturing areas.
  • Meet the production schedule while satsfying the highest standards of safety, quality and cost objectives.
  • Being accountable and responsible for managing departmental safety, environmental controls, development of production employees, plant production including quality control, protection of equipment, and departmental cost controls.
  • Direct and monitor manufacturing managers and supervisors to create and execute goals of the manufacturing plan. This requires working closely with the Process, Yield, Testing, Equipment, Facility and Quality Engineering Teams, and Production Control.
  • Ensure resources such as manpower, equipment efficiency, capacity and materials are aligned to achieve manufacturing goals.
  • Take corrective action as necessary on a timely basis and in accordance with company policy. Ensures compliance with current federal, state and local regulations.

Requirements:

  • BS degree in a technical field listed in (but not limited to) the following: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Physic; MS preferred fields with MBA will be considered.
  • +10 years of industry management experience in volume optoelectronic semiconductor fabrication environments specifically related to lasers and detectors based on III-V compounds
  • +5 years wafer fabrication processing with experience in semiconductor materials.
  • +5 years strong technical knowledge of GaAs/GaN processes with equal emphasis on design and devices.
  • Strong Foundry/external manufacturing management experience
  • Being highly mobile and adaptive forward-thinking person.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, proactive approach, ability to work under pressure, leadership, analytical problem-solving skills, demonstrated organizational and time management abilities.
  • Must be a self-starter capable of managing many priorities with minimal guidance.

Finance Manager

Job Description:

  • Be directly responsible for supervising commercial, accounting, reporting, cash and working capital management in company’s operation to ensure consistency, efficiency and proper control.
  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly/quarterly group accounts/report package in accordance with IFRS and group polices and guidelines in a timely manner.
  • Develop and implement local accounting regulations and procedures, which are in line with the corporate’s policies and standard procedures and are also in accordance with the statutory requirements of China.
  • Strategically plan account development and realize sales at accounts in line with agreed budgets and operational pricing boundaries.
  • Prepare value analysis for selected products and services and assist in the development of pricing structures and policies based on market conditions and customer benefits.
  • Identify prospects and (partnership) projects across portfolios to build a project pipeline to secure long-term business.
  • Translate product line strategies into account sales plans (including roll-out specific value propositions); pro-actively identify and pursue innovation opportunities.
  • Secure market input/intelligence that contribute to the business plans of the various product lines and provide near term forecasting/planning input; knows competitor’s offerings and value propositions.
  • Coordinate customer support activities in the region.
  • Prepare, review, and communicate yearly budget, monthly accounting results and financial reports, performs periodical analysis of statutory reports and management reports.
  • Regularly review and improve internal control and the compliance of procedures, identify problem areas and recommend alternative courses of action to the management. Participate with senior management in developing alternative courses of action where required.
  • Work with internal and external auditors to ensure paper audit coverage, evaluate audit findings and implement corrective action if necessary.
  • Work with teams in Hong Kong and Shenzhen to coordinate with the tax bureau to smoothly deal with all tax issues required and identify opportunities to minimize tax liability.
  • Establish strong and effective working relationships with both local and global management as well as divisional finance teams.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor/master degree in accounting and/or finance (or corporate finance).
  • Familiar with IFRS, CN GAAP,ACCA/AICPA/CICPA/HKICPA or equivalent certificate is preferred.
  • Familiar with multiple accounting software, Kingdee, MYOB(ABSS) or similar accounting software (like AccPac, Daceasy, Dymaic, Peachtree, Quicken, QuickBooks Pro, Simply Accounting Pro, Sun accounting).
  • At least 4 years in finance and accounting or auditing area, with at 1-2 years in management and financial analysis.
  • Be familiar with the tax and trading system in Mainland and Hong Kong
  • Strong verbal & written communication and presentation skills, be fluent in communicating in both Mandarin and English, with preference for Cantonese, and good ability to communicate effectively with the management team,
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software, Familiar with ERP systems
  • A strong technical skills base with a good knowledge and experience of accounting and reporting, internal control policies and procedures, financial systems development and implementation

Process Development / Integration Engineer

Job Description:

  • Designing and modeling of micro-optic devices such as wafer-level optics (WLO), diffractive optics element (DOE), Fresnel lens, etc.
  • Developing of microprocess for fabricating WLO and DOE from lab tests to industry requirements, make critical analysis for process yield, and conduct Design of Experiment for process improvement
  • Engaging in micro-optic processes in foundry Fab line for E-beam lithography, DRIE, PECVD, evaporation/nanoimprinting etc.
  • Engaging in DOE and WLO housing aligned with VCSEL light source, etc.
  • WLO and DOE testing (transparency, imaging deformation, diffractive angle analysis, and reliability)
  • Occasional travel to Mainland China when required

Requirements:

  • BSc/BEng/MPhil/PhD degree in Optics Engineering/Physics or other related disciplines have experiences in any one of the following areas: micro-optics design and process, WLO or DOE researches, optics devices packaging process. Applicants with less related experiences would be considered for junior position.
  • Knowledge on wafer level optics and DOE design and process and hand-on experiences in E-beam lithography, DRIE, PECVD, evaporating etch
  • Hand-on experiences in any of skills: Optics element performance testing, reliability testing etc.
  • Six-sigma knowledge and certification are preferred
  • Ability to work independently and strong problem-solving skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

 


Embedded System Software Engineer

Job Description:

  • Designing of software for Lidar, Laser sensors, Lasers, etc.
  • Debugging and testing of the software
  • Testing of software-controlling hardware
  • Utilizing Lidar or 3D algorithms
  • Occasional travel to Mainland China when required

Requirements:

  • BSc/BEng/MPhil/PhD degree in Electronic Engineering and computer science or engineering or other related disciplines have experiences in any one of the following areas: ARM, MCU, DSP processing, 3D structured light sensor algorithm or time of flight algorithm. Applicants with less related experiences will be considered for junior position.
  • Knowledge on signal processing algorithm, imaging processing algorithm
  • Hand-on experiences in any of the following skills: testing lidars, 3D sensors, lasers etc.

IT Technical Support

Job Description:

  • Perform technical support and troubleshooting to end user on both hardware, software, and computer services
  • Provide regular testing of IT equipment, keep monitoring of IT equipment status
  • Maintenance and configuration of Network equipment, ensure stable IT systems and services, control data and information security.
  • Website development and maintenance.
  • Design on-line shop, cooperate with marketing and sales team to achieve business goal.
  • Manage materials, hardware and software inventory in warehouse.
  • Coordinate with IT support in Mainland China to set up ERP system in HK office.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science related disciplines
